I feel amazing!!! I just got back from a Turbo Kick instructor training. It was a blast!!! For those of you that don't know, Turbo Kick is a form of cardio kickboxing where every class is like a party! I started doing the home version of Turbo Kick, called Turbo Jam, last September. I lost 20 pounds, got in the best shape of my life, and had a lot of fun doing it. I figured the next step was to become an instructor so I could help others to achieve their fitness goals.

I just got back from my first weekend of a class on Veterinary Acupuncture. It was so much fun. My childhood dream was always to become a Veterinarian. I use to love reading books by James Herriot. He is an English author and veterinarian, whose stories revolve around his experiences in his veterinary practice.
