Rights are overrated! The so called copyright protection of intellectual property is an exercise in futility. Provided you have standing, you better have money to protect your interests in the courts, which can take forever. If you win, you see a dime on the dollar. Since you cannot copyright an idea, you're merely protecting the execution of an idea.
