Que no para la fiesta! Derek is a phrase thief! Its ok though, since I took it from someone I knew. I consider him one of my closest friends (I keep only a handfull). I have known many "friends" that I no longer talk to, due to distance, or simply because we grew in different directions. But I know will always be a friend of this man, no matter where life takes him or me, because we share that love for life. That fundamental appreciation of smiles, laughter, dance, music, people, and the energies of it all that make being on this rock a Qooler place (heheheh).

Thanks to all who came out and danced for my sets at Rhythmwave! Rock on! Also, major props go out to the CODA crew for throwing down some of the best music out at Burning Man. If you didn't catch them you totally missed out!

Although a bit confused, I have thouroughly enjoyed myself (or perhaps those two go hand in hand). Props to all of the work that went into Lucsious. Although, I hope we can tweak the DJ lineup a bit next time....not too big on having nothing but electro and BM breaks.
So, the strangest gig in the world came my way last weekend.

An epic 8 hour set, for….people doing office work. In a hospital. What? Actually it was purty darn cool. Hernan (owner of Pelassini information systems) had organized a group of friends together to do an all-weekend scanning blitz, in the hopes of getting as many patient records as possible scanned for one of his clients.
