last sunday was my bday and while watching the man burn at CM l set my intention for the bday to follow in a few minutes.... sure l wanted to dance and party like a rock star and also saw the heart of the man inside needing fuel to shine until dawn.... well l made that service a game of hoops inspiring a few others to play by feeding the heart, danced and partied like a rock star and even with the help of tim an old friend cooked 30 gallons of chicken at 7am so all could have a snack for the road.... it was blissful and fun while yes collecting some wood and other chores where work yet the gift of selfless service shared by the burningman community is an honor to pay forward.... the pieces of wood used to play hoops with where from a tree we cut from the side of the field by my camp the other branches where great for center camps and the delay stations fire.... the fire ants had hollowed some of it's trunk so they where perfect to burn up high with lots of air.... also rolled the 5' long bace about 12" around down to the man and laid it between his legs getting a large fire ant nest off sacred grounds.... the smallest branches still needing to be cleared from the field where good for keeping the fire bright and yes others were inspired to fuel the fire with love and joy too so l was able to mostly dance until dawn.... did take a 4 hour nap after giving and getting a massages late in the afternoon sun....woke to find only two tents left on the field.... when up to the lodge and was invited to pot luck with the core crew and wonderful owners.... broke camp in 5 minutes and was back with buffallo and rice with stinging nettle pesto to share.... after dinner shared a sauna and yes l slept again and again and again lol.... finally got a full nights sleep tuesday thanks to katha's treat and last night too... honored to share what the red road is for freewil....

with the help of dae cj jesse loisa and daivd we have cleared the second floor and are co-creating some beautful space.... feels wonderful to be getting this done and pray the energy to finish this asap is shared by all.... put in a 60 hour week spending 1,000's and planing to spend lots more to be as earth friendly as possible while saving house mates on utilities.... my friend vern who does solar stull in twisp is helping us design a solar collector over the whole south roof, a heat sink under the house giving us heat in our floors made of papercrete radiating warmth year round..... this will also heat the water for bathing dishes hot tub and l feel preheating a tile sauna will work out too..... we will have a boiler to bring the water up to temp when needed and a mixing valve to lower it on sunny days.... feel that my heart is with you as l miss evening circles to sleep and start each days work before the sun rises.... will be at the rainbow bridge profescy and cirtical massive as thats my birthday party 6-8..... pleASE DO SWING BY ANY DAY AND LEND A HAND FOR EVEN AN HOUR..... will enjoy seeing you and giving a tour and even sharing lunch.... yes l work so hard stopping to eat is very important yet doesn't always happen.... when a crew is working l stop busting my own ass to cook and even serve up mango juice or etc... creating space;;;;;freewil

give the kids $50 or less in cash then your the hero and if they really need 50 more in their college fund go for it knowing it won't get you any hero points except from their parents..... on to what l gift adults.... hand made stuff like last year apple butter etc.... this years main adult gift is mango nectar.... simply sharing something l made with love feels good.... know some of you have heard this story so skip down to merry merlot lol.... this year at critical massive one of my gifts to the circle was "twopical tweets".... with not too much effort l gave trays of those little finger bananas away and some coconut candy l called coconut cwack.... inspired by the location on the cedar river and being in the giving freely moment l spontaneously decided to create a sweat lodge there too.... this gift required most of my attention for the next five days and four nights as the ceremonial fire at night and sunrise sweat lodges take lots of time and work.... was an honor to share the fire and lodges and some of the 10 cases of mango's l brought.... the honey mango's were so perfectly ripe yet each one needed to be cut from it's seed to be served and was a commitment to getting your hands all sticky.... anyway with the fire ,lodges, and stickiness the mango's didn't move very fast.... praying by the fire l inspired Mango Nectar..... on my way home l stopped again at the produce stand l support and all the cases l had not got before CM skins had started to wrinkle..... this means they are perfect and need to eaten or processed asap..... got 10 more cases for $3 each and started peeling pureeing and canning them.... made some with coconut milk and just a little honey for the freezer and 80 pints with citric acid and sugar to can.... will be sharing this gift for years.... the FDA shares it's good for 5 years in the jar.... the ones with coconut milk and the smallest amount of honey needed to be frozen to be safe.... l take 5 HTP which is tryptophan and being a tripin fan this makes sense lol... if tired on occasion I'll take a B complex vitamin like after not having slept more than four hours and heading out to dance the following night.... dance is a wonderful combination of community heat and endorphins for me as well.... this reminds me that sound sleep is also healing.... need to get enough yet not a ton more than needed.... attitude is still key so even while life at times is more like a dream it works for me now.... back on moon stone beach where l landed after goa gil on the last full moon.... found many lessons in service and pray to gently let those flow into a way of living compationatly... soaking in the beauty of the sun set last night and then the moon set on the pacific where so beyond words.... the trip between climbing moon stones, tending and special fire and walking on the beach in moon light at low tide in the most beautiful place l've been was too hiigh.... it's easy to hang with temps into the 80's and no fog even.... not sure how long l will choose to savor this freedom as yes mexico is wispering in my ear "come" too... do have a ticket to magnetic so may see you all there.... the journey is the destination;;;freewil

afer the 24 hour trance l headed down 101 just past coo's bay to watch grey whales play a few feet from the rock cliff of the shore... after sharing there mating by boat and even birthing seen from shore last winter in mexico it was wonderful experiencing this so close to home... after savoring the sunset l took a 4 hour nap awoke full of spice so jala and l played on the moon lit beach and then drove 101 to the redwoods being able to see the pacfic coast in a new light being one with road while watching the black and white movie playing to our side... the white to grey waves, beaches even silverish water streaching to the horision with the moon contrasted with black rocks and trees siloeted in the shadows... last night was my first full nights sleep since last thursday and will use this renewial to go dance all night in the moon light tonight... have two gatherings to chose from... one on the beach or one on hourse mountain... may head south to Ukiah soon unitil something manifests here... Goa Gil's Bday is here in a month so l will be here then for sure... the journey is the destination;;;freewil

If you want to know how to heal, and how to become a healing presence on this Earth, there is one simple way: that is to know that you are loved. =Feel= how you are loved. Know that you are absolutely worthy of love. You will never be abandoned, not ever. You will never be rejected, not for any reason. The love that the universe has for you is absolutely without conditions. You do not have to "earn" it. You do not have to "deserve" it. You do not have to "prove" anything. Most important of all, you do not have to doubt your value or importance or worth to this universe. The universe loves you without conditions, without qualifications, and without reservations. The love that the universe has for you is absolutely unbounded. You can never expand your receptivity to this love enough -- there will always be a greater love that you can keep opening to. You are absolutely worthy and absolutely accepted and loved and valued and cherished by this universe. This is the essence of healing. If you understand and accept that you are totally worthy and loved without reservation by this universe, then you will naturally be a channel of this love for others. If you doubt that you are loved, if you doubt that you are worthy of love, if you wonder "Do I deserve to be loved," then you cannot help but have doubts about other people being worthy of love. If you feel that you have to "deserve" love in order to be loved, then you cannot help but feel that other people must "deserve" love in order for you to love them. If you feel that you may be rejected for your weaknesses and imperfections and the mistakes that you may make, then you cannot help but feel that other people may be rejected for =their= mistakes and =their= imperfections and weaknesses. So if you put yourself down as not being totally worthy of love, you re not making yourself a healing presence to others. But by accepting love and its healing power, you become a healer because you make it possible for other people to begin to accept love as well.. If you know that =you= are absolutely worthy of love, then you will have no doubts that everyone you meet is absolutely worthy of love also. If you can truly and fully accept the fact that =you= are loved without reservation by the universe, then you will know without doubt that everyone else you meet is also loved without reservation, and you will share in that love for them. undertanding and acceptance of this love can never cease to expand. As your Acceptance of this love expands, your Acceptance of others and of the universe will also expand. When you accept that the universe loves you without conditions and without reservations, then you will naturally live a love for others that is without conditions and without reservations.
