If you can feel it in your temples, then it's probably dehydration. Water or Gatorade or water with emergen-c in it is good to help with that. I also use an icepack for headache relief -- applied directly to my noggin. Works wonders without taking any pills! =)

Hmm. Maybe there is a bit of dehydration going on ... mostly depression though, methinks. I like the kinky sex suggestions ... Is that over-the-counter or prescription only? ;-) I think I need a refill.

could be the dip in weather temps.
try caffeine, pill form like Excedrin or sinus meds also running cold water over your head and tiger's balm at pressure points. if I saw yah, I'd give you my special blue pills which I can for my migraines...works magic xo |

many people are feeling it
winter's tough on the feelings sometimes get lots of sun even if it's cold - take breaks to get sunlight up the exercise if you can to at least 1/2 hr a day (sex is good too - bursts of seratonin, as you know, is one of nature's cures for depression) staying hydrated is always good take a look at caffeine and sugar hi/lo's take 10-15 minutes every day to actively count your blessings and reconnect with your sense of gratitude for everything you have in your life. Tough to feel depressed and grateful at the same time! hugs! |
