I am Transgender and transsexual, female to male (or, as I prefer to say, female to me). I'm a college graduate, with a B.A. in American Studies (focus in popular culture), and am certified as a classroom teacher for grades 1-6. I've decided, however, that I hate the institution of school as a whole and am currently working in child care, which I love.

I'm into computers. I'm a wannabe Linux geek. I use Linux (Ubuntu, currently version 7.04, Feisty Fawn) exclusively on the three computers in my house that are within my control. I dream of building a bunch of computers, stationing them all over my house, and networking them so they do everything for me.
