The rumor I heard is that this "group" calling itself "New Systems Associates" is actually being run by Dick Cheney... Thus the N.S.A initials. I live a block from the UC Berkeley campus. People are going nuts up and down the street. I can hear the cheering and honking from my house. It's usually VERY quiet. The people around here are A LOT MORE excited than they have been for any other event since I moved in here.
