whats up, down and colorful

tyx

always have been. even as a young child. manic fits of creativity and of course the deep gray nothingness.
but as a conscious being i chose to participate in my life rather than modify or medicate.
meditation has been most effective. now i seek to integrate the body--tortured, foreign, devient
spirit--eager, willing, wounded
mind--feared, neglected, abused

I believe Yoga and other works are the catalist for this.
I welcome this now with anticipation and blessed prayers.

I feel good as far as my surgery goes. good is not even as good as it is really. It has been about 6 years since I began to understand the direction of a constant transition (life) as a transgender kid from the rural nortern california "gold country"
