My studio is down until I can find a computer replacement and in the mean time I somehow have to convince myself,

more thoughts from the rim

Its always been interesting to me the difference between meeting people on-line and meeting people in RL. I have the sort of life that even in RL it sometimes feels like I exist in a fantasy. I meet many people, I make many people smile, I even date quite frequently...

But then...in RL,
I still have real doubts that I can find someone who can truly keep up with me emotionally, spiritually, socially and sexually.

Someone who I can not only love, but be IN love with.

Perhaps I can never have all of that in one person, and I can accept that. What I am not willing to accept is to settle for less then I am worth.

And with that I might be end up "alone" but never Lonely.

Things have gotten a little better for me...
Got new transportation
hopefully will have a replacement computer soon,
and with a bit more equipment I can get back to work in my studio, etc...

Well I'm pretty happy and healthy,
I still have my wonderful and loving cat Ti'Kal,
It was a good weekend with the family,

I could use a turn of luck however:
- studio is down due to my mac dying
- Van blew up on the way back up from So Cal visit <-- fun fun!
- need to find more work
- and I can't say that my romantic life is *booming*

Consider this a public prayer for better Karma withdrawl,
I've been building up my account for a while now! =)

what a day is to be in today!

Today I'm glad to be living in today's day and age...
can you imagine not living with...
Silicone lube?
Indoor plumming?
Birth control?
Washing machines?
It would be difficult to have this quality of life without these things....so I'm happy to be living in today

Today....

Today I'm pretty good,
I've been feeling more like myself each day.
I've got work, I'm enjoying it
I've got friends who I love and cherish
I don't have an empty dance card
and I'm pretty happy.

At the same time....
I'm a little down on myself for not working on my music more
I Feel like I could be doing and helping the world so much more...one person @ a time...
Its odd how everyone seems to be too overwhelmed to relax and treat themselves right...
I have this errie feeling that we are all heading into some sort of "Tower card" type of future,
and I'm doing my best to live well until that future becomes today.

So Live well
Be free
Treat yourself well...
and if the end is truly coming around the corner, I for one am not going to have many regrets of what
I never had the chance to do.
