Finally some rest!!!

wow... what can i say but this year has SPED by soooooo fast!!!! TABU has been super busy and it's been amazing! this year has just been soo much fun! with all the projects coming up and all the projects that have passed it's been super amazing ride!!! to all the events we have done THANK YOU for the opportunity to share our art and love with you all!!!! to all the events still to come OMG!!! watch out we got HUGE plans. :) our year is almost full already!!! we have an event in february, march, may, july, august,september already. lol... omg!!!! the only thing i have coming up for myself is in two weeks and i'll be in Oakland CA for 4 days soaking up the cool air and getting the opportunity to drink in the creativity that will surround me! SHADOWDANCE! im sooooooo nervous but excited at the same time. it's been a goal of mine since learning of this event and I am soooo worried about it. lol.. what if i suck? what if i let Ariellah down? yeah im a nerd.... i still dont know if my costume is done or how much it will be... oh well.. more on this later!!!!

ok i understand some people dont understand my reasonings for voting for the candidate that i am supporting, but to actively send me email bashing this man to try to persuade me into agreeing with you IS NOT THE WAY TO PERSUADE SOMEONE! if you are trying to persuade my by using fear it wont work.. what it will do is cause me to ask more questions to find the truth. im not driven by ignorance. To tell me someone is a TERRORIST because of a name is both absurd and just plain sophmoric! to assume anything about someone before getting the *flawed at best* facts is just as dangerous as holding a pair of scissors while running. in the local news paper they circulated a "documentary" about terrorism and people with connections to it. undoubtedly it was aimed at the people who will let fear govern their decisions and juedgments. am i afraid for the future of this country and the people in it? sure. but im not going to let an unrational fear of terrorist be my voting platform. how about voting because we need to do something before we become the next roman empire? how about we do something now! how about we vote because we are female and dont want to see our rights taken away when women fought soooo hard for them. how bout we vote because our environment is getting worse and we need a president who will work with other world leaders to come up with a solution. how about voting because we dont want our politics mixed with religion. how about voting because we need to free ourselves of oil dependency period. how about voting because we have the right to. how about voting because our education system is a joke and the teachers pay is even more of a joke. how about voting because with out our voice we would be living in a communist country. how about voting because we need a better leader? whatever you do vote. go register in person at any post office or dmv deadline to register is th 14th *in person* GO VOTE NOW!!!!!!

your our only hope.....I sit here watching Obama's speech from yesterday here in Las Vegas and I cant help but cry for a mixed feeling of joy and of despair. I see whats been happening around me, I see the crumble of the stock market and how loved ones of mine don't have jobs and cant make their housing payments.I see how the rich keep getting richer while the poorer are left shivering and disregarded in the streets. I see the environment around me being destroyed by the all American dollar. consume, consume like the money gluttonous pigs you are. When Obama becomes president I pray for his strength and safety and most of all I Pray that he follows through with his promises. The road ahead may not be a smooth one but eventually it will be paved in gold.

hey guys im starting a new 4 week class. focus will be in tightening technique for arms and upper body. im looking at the top of this mountain and wondering how the hell im gonna get all the way up it.. my brain is tired * i know im not the only one* with everything spinning at 100 miles an hour*which im used to* im usually good to go but for some reason this feels like over drive... i love action.. i like being busy. im not a stand still type of person. i have always been an action person. i like being in the thick of it but for some reason i want to withdrawl. check myself out of the world. even if it's only for an hour... dont get me wrong im not complaining at all.. i do love it but i think i need a moment to catch my sanity...perhaps when the commitments slow down a bit i'll have time for a massage. that sounds nice. i cant even imagine how certain friends of mine must feel with school and full time jobs AND full time dancing. i know they have it worse off than i do. *sigh*

TF 9 TABU

omg pinch me i MUST BE DREAMING! I got an email from Chuck asking if i wanted to teach at TF 9, i promptly Emailed back asking if this could be a class taught by TABU instead. He said yes that would be great. SO, Inara,Raven and I will be teaching a workshop at TF 9!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!! please pinch us!!! this has been such a dream come true!!! we are so humbled and so greatful to be handed this opportunity! I couldnt sit back and take this Gem and not share it with my sisters! this is to preacious a jewel to keep all for me! i owe them the world and now i have the chance to give them back what they have given me and that is the chance to shine and give the world dance. i love them, they are my sisters and i couldnt think of more deserving women! we are soooooooooooooooo excited that we could barily contain ourselves!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA! nothing can bring us down. *SQUEEEEEEEE* Look for workshop details soon!!!!! :)))
