Try to meditate for one or two minutes at a time, throughout the day, as you are able. Be aware that the benefit of your meditation session may not be visible for 3 to 12 hours. omg, omg, omg, is all I have to say about Paul. He is so awesome. He told me something about 2 years ago, it came true! OMG!!!! I wondered how did he know? I feel you are a wise man.... Have felt this since I began, and say this simply to express myself and in no way to gain your favor. Were I to point my finger at a reason... you ask more questions, than give answers. Good questions, thoughtful questions. Questions that stimulate others to discuss and to debate... a better moderator, on purpose, one could not make.

Hey Paul,
I am writing a thank you note to you for several things. First, thank you for the book you sent me months ago. I have read it, and will be re-reading it. It helped with the mental framework I needed to program my mind in. Second, thank you for the automatic writing/spirit guide workshop. That single effort made a drastic change for me. I'm not altogether sure what the trigger was, but my life in general has made solid forward progress on all fronts. And a third thank you, albeit for a more general reason, is that the techniques (even as piecemeal as I am using them) do work. Cascading coincidences or positive synchronicities do appear when the spirit channel is "on". I have seen them firsthand happen to me and at this point are now too many to enumerate. So thank you for your help.

i just had to tell you that since we last spoke i've been having so many syncronicities that i'm just wild with excitement. i cannot keep up, there is so many! last night, i went to see an inspiring documentary called What the Bleep? (which was also guided to me by a syncro) and at one point I looked over at my friend and he became YOU! i thought i would acknowledge this by thanking you and for giving me such great advice. i have been 'directing' my snycros and have been practicing staying with the overwhelming energy like you said. what you said is EXACTLY what's happening. my third eye is involved too and i remember from one of our email exchanges you mentioned the relevance btwn syncros and the third eye? can you elaborate more on this? i know that my third eye is slowly starting to open and this is where i get scared to face 'reality'.
