Really, it's not so bad. I never had jet lag, I wasn't there long enough. I left SFO on Saturday night, was in Munich Sunday evening, then London a couple hours later (this because my original nonstop flight was cancelled). It was sort of like staying up all night and then getting a good solid sleep.
