If you catch yourself in negative thought patterns, just remember you can change them because you are alive and beautiful with a great body and powerful mind with tons of energy that can do so much in this world. Dont be a victim of your own tormented thoughts. Tell those bad thoughts they arent real. Your essence is real and follow it to true happyness and bathe in the splendor of gaia and her light.
