my love, my light, my life.
with such enthusiasm you welcomed me into your life and into your arms.
I had never known such warmth, such compassion, such beauty.
I am grateful for every moment we share together, and for the future we face together hand in hand.
Out of the darkness, in rapid motion- flung to the light.
You are the light at the end of the tunnel,
the oxygen I breathe,
The blood that flows through my veins.
