With sparkly eyes and hands gesturing as she talks, Gem IN I wins over most every heart she comes across, and she won over mine!
She's taught me so much... She wraps up what you are thinking into a sweet little ball and makes it much less complicated. Then she throws it back at you with those sparkly eyes and that smile and you go "hmm, I guess that's not so bad." And she's got ideas! Once; "I think they should have a t.v. show for kids, [singing] 'Everything starts with a thought! EVERY-THING STARTS WITH A THOUGHT!"

Joyologist - noun
Someone who studies, researches, discovers, experiences, shares, and inspires in others: Joy
Joy(ology) - noun
A vibration that one carries in celebration for the simpleness and beauty of being alive. Maintaining this sacred state within, even in the face of circumstances. Not to say one ignores other emotions in the magnificent array of being human, but more so, it's about seeing the light behind the "dark". Joyology is a continuous state of gratitude for how it is and how it isn't . Trusting/knowing that this too shall pass and this too shall return, and that each experience has it's divinely guided purpose to support your self-realization. Other qualities include seeing beauty in everything and in everyone regardless of 'flaws/imperfections', having a deep sincere respect for everything and everyone, and acknowledging sacredness in all.
Joyology :: developing sustainable joy

This class series is for those who want to activate, cultivate, and develop the Joyologist within. Together, we will create a foundational structure to effectively hold sustainable joy in our lives, and be able to maintain this natural state in the face of internal/external circumstances - learning to rely on your true self for happiness. The idea of ‘happiness’ will surely be questioned and thus redefined.
This series will consist of meditation, writing, exercises, discussion, drawing (don't worry, you don't have to "know" how to draw), and some homework that will put your perception to work in a self-directed conscious way.
Materials needed for class :: pen, notebook or journal for writing and drawing, crayons/pastels, floor seat if you have one. Books :: The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success, The Mastery of Love

• Identifying and clearing the self-created elements that block the flow of joy
• Distinguishing between your true voice and your ego personality
• Identifying more clearly your life visions and stepping into those powerfully
• Ability to see the opportunity/blessing behind every situation

• Having your life happen for you rather than to you

This is the 5th of 7 consecutive "Full Moon Inner Goddess Gatherings", each honouring & celebrating the wisdom of each chakra, starting with the first chakra and ending at the 7th. Attend as often as you feel called.
This is an invitation to circle together for an adventure through the 5th energy center using color, food, meditation, movement, writing, positive affirmations and such. Together we will discover a deeper layer of wisdom held in this energy center of our body temple.
