This wicked chick, blew me away with her ability to assess the class's ability to absorb what she was teaching, breaking it down more n more till we started cracking the combination. I loved her ability to not give up on, she'd simply move on & come back to later & we'd find it easier than our first attempt. Her no-diva, down to earth personality reflects in her teaching and empowers you to feel that if real people of her talent can be so good at their passions then; in the years of addiction and life fullfilment that is returned in learning to dance, there may be hope to achieve the level you're inspired to reach. I don't think any teacher really fully comprehends the impact they have when they've passed through people's lives in a workshop or performance: but it's got such a catalyst positive effect; & the world can only be more inspiring &less rat race-ey tomorrow, when there are people out there preserving & inventing a form of art. Unselfishly sharing it. A big thank you to both Geneva & Hilde for organising.

Geneva is a beautiful and giving and thorough teacher- a fluid and strong, articulate dancer, who taught us so much, and I continue practising with the stuff she showed us at her workshops.

She works you hard- well, she studied with Suhaila Salimpour and that in my book,
shows true commitment, courage and dedication.

I hope she comes back to the UK, soon. Miss you, Geneva. Take care and never give up doing what you're doing......
