Facts left out of your local newspaper - Donald Rumsfeld is a major shareholder and former chairman of the board for Gilead, the company that manufactures Tamiflu. Also on the board of Gilead is George Schultz, former Secretary of State for Bush Sr.

They both stand to make huge profits from the sale of Tamiflu as the government has already purchased 20 million doses at the price of $100 per. That's 20 billion.

Gilead is partnered with Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. Roche has worldwide commercial rights to Tamiflu, and Gilead receives payments from Roche for the successful completion of program milestones and royalties on product sales. Nice to know high ranking members of our fine government is making millions off scaring the people they are supposedly sworn to protect.
