There was this girl you see, who was a great friend in school..7th grade I think is where we met. She was "the cool one" and all, so I thought it would be a good idea to keep her around. Through the drama and trials of us growing up, we managed to help each other, honestly, I don't know what I would have done without her. Highlights include being there to witness other friends come and go, high school followed by college , marriages, divorces and short bus. Helpful to have a friend for 20+ years, even more helpful when it's GIDDY. Sorry girls and boys but lucky for me, she really is my BEST friend! But, lucky for you, I'll share her with the rest of the world!

A public "Thanks" to a fellow scarpone slinger!
Having the honor of the first scarpone of the season was very much appreciated, just slow in being publicly acknowledged. I will blame work, and an extended hangover. Anyway kudos to your hospitality. It was a great touchstone for me, having many fond memories of hollering "shut up for you!" at my coworkers. (and now you know what kind of girl she is, folks). Wow… How do I describe Giddy in a testimonial?
Well, that is if Giddy IS her real name, she goes by so many. Even though we have only really been friends for a short time, she is one of my best friends. She is my confidant, she is my support, she is the shortbus I call when I need to smile. She is an incredible mom, an incredible friend to all who let her, and she has GREAT boobs. I have watched her grow independent and strong. I am very proud to call her friend. November 12, 2006
Giddy is one of my best friends. We always have the best times together. She's a great listener and secret keeper. More often than not when we get together we end up laughing so hard we can hardly breathe and I get muscle cramps in my jaw. Thanks for that.

I looked it over pretty closely, and it seems to be real (though I'm shocked). Its beautiful. Looks practically brand new. And, its all mine! Kinda cool that the school colors at my new school are red, black, and white. Yes, I haz teh skewl spirit... in style. 
I came across these shoes two days ago and fell in love.

My first thought was, "no, I'm not buying shoes because I don't have a ....oh... wait... I do have a job... not only do I have a job, but I have THE job." My head is spinning with names and faces that I can't quite seem to match up. My desk is littered with business cards, all with the school district logo. I had to clear a shelf to pile up books, notebooks, folders, and paperwork. They wanted to know if I was available for an interview this morning. Well sure... why not? What the heck can an interview hurt? After a 45 minute panel interview, I was sent outside to wait, and "come back when we call you." After all this time... After every question I've asked myself... I considered doing a recap of his "birth story," but really... I don't think we need to go there. He was about 9 pounds... and took his time. Now he's about 35 pounds, and seems to always be in a hurry. Just in time for his fourth birthday, he learned to pronounce "TH" properly. So, he was "free years old" all year long... now that he's four, well let's just say I'm having a hard time not teaching him to say he's "Thor." Purely for the funny. Just ... read more
