I stole this from JarJar after reading twice and laughing untill I cryed I thought I would pass the laughter along.... These are from a book called Disorder in the American Courts, and are things people actually said in court, word for word, taken down and now published by court reporters that had the torment of staying calm while these exchanges were actually taking place. Just came home from seeing this. WOW This is promoted as a fairy tale for adults. That it is a dark fairy tale of the most complex and searching natuer. The film is stunning, the creatuers are both frightening and alluering. The tale made me cringe with both anticipation and horror. There is nothing cady coated about this story, but it is absolutley enthralling. It is subtitled, and it is gory, however the gore is amazingly well done. (I still had to hide my eyes I can not handel gore at all) This is not a kids movie, one couple brought a child to it and aside from the fact that reading subtitels for a kid has got to be boring if not a chore, on top of that the kid was freaked over the nasty gore. I don't want to ruin any plot if you have not seen this but if you like fantasy films especialy dark fantasy films this is a must see. http://www.panslabyrinth.com/

Ok thats the only thing I can think about the new set up... from a marketing POV.. pretty good suddenly your adds and listsings are constantly in the mix and right up front may even get more traffic.... Problem is its made Tribe almost unbearable to use. Lets see aside from the graphics that scream target Vomited on me the set up is VERY complicated to use. Gone are the easy one page acess where I could see what I wanted at a glance .... Now I have to click on my tribes to see them all and I have to click on my friends blogs as well.... BTW Tribe I do not come here to read your adds though I understand the necessity I come here for my friends and tribes now I feel like i have to look to find them. I also do not find your adds to be friendly or inviting my friends faces and Icons I do.... I want to see them. Reading topics gezzus Guys. Again great for the marketing now people will inadvertatly click on listsings rather than topics because the damn pale grey topic is hard to see and burried in coloms of listings and reviews.... I really am not crazy about this it makes tribe hard to read navigate heck even to track.... I have read les and posted less since the changes than ever before just because the new format is too frustrating, its like walking in to a messy room can't find a thing and you give up too overwhelming. UGLY ok what visualy impared dimwit desiged this? Where did they go to art school because apperantly they should just be doing generic branding lables not community sites that are suposed to welcome people and you know make you want to use it..... I used to be on this cool user friendly site called tribe... Now I am on one of the most confusing and difficult to navigate sites I have ever vivisted.... You have to be pshycic to figuer out what things mean. I do not think its a coincidence that suddenly I get hardly any comments on my blogs, few friends are blogging, and tribes that used to be crazy busy are silent. Marketing and driving traffic to listings and adds is all well and good BUT it becomes economic suicied when the drive of selling drives away your market. Tribe makes money by selling adds and driving there member base to those adds... BUT if the way they chose to drive traffic alinates the traffic base and fewer of the base visit the site and when they visit they spend less time it pretty much nulls any increase in % traffic the new format gives them... lets face it would you rather have 5% of 10mill or 10% of 1 mill. So Dear Tribe I liked you because you felt friendly and on one page at a glance I could see what my friends were up too, I liked seeing the colorfull icons thoase I wanted to stay in touch with were using and I liked seeing the catchy blog titles of my pals, I liked being able to see at a glance ALL my tribes and chose with out having to go to another page what tribe I wanted to read, I also liked being able to read many of my frineds blogs at a glance, I liked being able to figuer out what was a topic and what was a listing I liked knowing my friends could actually read my stuff.... now I am not so sure.

I sat this morning gazing at the winter sky at day break. The cool air is what I know what I have grown up with in association with the holidays. I have had one White Christmas in my life I was 15.. it still does not seem very real to me. I am used to the christmases that look less Currier and Ives and rather more Lisa Frank. The hot pink clouds against the teal sky with lime green and chartruse trees and cacti sillouetted against it and twinkling christmas lights speceling the neighborhood of holiday cheer... yes thats christmas cheer here. I like it that way.

Ok today I got the FUNNIEST call. Back ground I do tech support for garage door openers. Other important info allthough we make 4 types of rails one is fool proof it can only be assembled one way you can not get it togetyher diffrently thats a square rail. stage set. Caller: I am installing my garage door opener and i messed up the rail. Me: thats ok sir we will get it fixed no problem let me pul up the model and see what rail you have. Me: uh sir I show you have a square rail... how is it messed up? Caller: well I put it together on the floor and the big hole it shows in the pictuer as facing up is facing the floor. Me. Sir turn the rail over Caller: OH! Ok it worked thankyou LOL... that one wa sthe best
