Ginger is one cool lady. I almost got to meet her last year at the KC/Lux shindig, but fate was unkind! Maybe one day we'll get to meet up. That's if anybody can figure out where it's going to be held, and IF it's going to be held.
Ginger has many interests and she's always fun to chat with! I'm looking forward to knowing her more.

Ginger's Life
One of the last independently owned talk radio stations is no more. Someone bought WGNU 920 AM - affectionately known for years as "Radio Free St. Louis" two weeks ago, and the new owner has killed all talk. The station is broadcasting nothing but gospel music 24 hours a day.

Sunday night we went to a punk / ska show at the Creepy Crawl here in St. Louis. It was a full day festival of punk and ska bands, but I just wanted to see The Toasters. We went a little early and caught some of the band previous to The Toasters, they were called The Briggs. They were very good. Looking around the dingy little club and seeing black leather jackets with studs, mohawks, and checkered skirts - I could not believe this whole scene is still alive. I felt like it was 1992 again...

Yesterday was Valentine's Day. We had snow and ice Tuesday. I have been feeling under the weather this week.
