on how to bake this bread? I really, really need it for my GCI entry - I get the basic shape thing, but the details are pretty cool. Anyone?

Yes...you must shape with gentle hands...allowing room for growth...as we know what yeast does;-).

Puff pastries require excellent breath control, and just a whistle of powdered sugar. You do know how to whistle, don't you? Just pucker up your lips and don't be surprised by the custard filling.
