I want to be her when I grow up. Responsible and silly, playful and grounded, she is practically purrfect in every way. I dislike pain, but when she has me in her capable hands, I know I will be pushed right up to my limits... and fall into safety. She's incredible. Good people? She's GREAT people.

GLNG,
She has captured my heart. Her love and compassion for others is simply intoxicating. Very reliable. I call her friend and now Goddess. A debt of gratitude is coming your way. I can never repay but I have my entire life to chip away at it. THANK YOU Roadie June 28, 2006
She is one of the most loving people I know. When she hugs me, I feel safe. She's sexy, too! It's criminal.

about me
There is a little girl, who has a little curl...right in the middle of her forehead...and when she's good, she's very, very good, but when she's bad she's better...... :D I'm outgoing, sassy, funny, a wildcat, full of scorpio passion, naughty, flirty, fiesty, playful, fun, switchy, intelligent, stable, happy, honest to a fault, curvy, sexy, Burner!, artist, yogi, friend and lover. Oh yeah, and I bite...... ;-)
Interesting little known tidbits about me: I am ambidextrous. I have a photographic memory. I am the oldest child, grandchild, and stepchild on all three sides of the family. I have had my artwork published on the cover of a magazine. I'm allergic to lillies, lilacs, old ladies perfumes, and all metals except for gold, platinum and titanium. I have never seen any of the Godfather movies. I have 3 freckles on the palms of my hands (its not dirt, I checked). Following quote not by me, but I could have written it: "Me? I don't care too much about the plumbing. I want an incisive, inquisitive, insightful, irreverent mind. I want someone for whom philosophical discussion is foreplay. I want someone who sometimes makes me go ouch due to their wit and evil sense of humor. I want someone that I can reach out and touch randomly. I want someone I can cuddle with. I have decided all that means that I am sapiosexual." sapiosexuality - 1. (n.) To become attracted to or sexually aroused by intelligence and its use. Origins: From the Latin root sapien meaning wise or intelligent, and Latin sexualis relating to the sexes.

I was so excited to head out to BMD for a weekend of camping, dancing and frolicing. I had Friday and Tuesday off so I could take a nice long weekend and still have time to recoup before heading back to work on Wed. My friend Jessica, who is just getting into the whole Burner thing was going to come with me. She got all kinds of camping gear, stocked up on bacon and beer and was ready to go by 10am. About the time I woke up. So I'm in full on getting ready mode, cleaning out the coolers so I...

So if you know me at all, you know I volunteer quite a bit with various non-profits in the Bay Area. About a month ago I stepped down as Treasurer/CFO from the BOD of the organization I served with for the last 3 years. It just got to be too much since there was no full time staff, all of the accounting, finance and expansion work fell to me (for 4 locations plus the corporate office). I simply didn't have the kind of spare time that would allow me to run a company in it - even with 3 assista...

Sometimes the weirdest things just hit you funny. I was bouncing round the house doing some last housekeeping things in preparation of turning over the reigns of my favorite nonprofit to the new Treasurer (effective July 1 - woohoo!) and put "I Love the New Millenium" on for background noise. Oh my those guys are funny. They were doing 2006. my favorite quote of the show, because its soooo true: "Having an iphone is like having a huge penis…you just want to pull it out and start playing with ...

*pout*
Even though it is super stupid that CA decided to have two primary elections and cost the state double the money instead of only having one - since they *did* do it - the least you can do is make it worth all the extra money and go vote.

If you want a nonpartisan voter guide (though somewhat libral - but hell its SF) because you were too lazy/busy to read the voter guide - the Bay Guardian does a *great* job of recommendations. I actually found this after I voted and had I read it first - ... read more
One of the reasons I love living in the Bay Area so much is that the local paper has articles by Violet Blue and Tristan Taormino - two widely published sex authors who always have funny/insightful commentary on all kinds of alternative sex and relationship practices. This one is on Tristan's new book on demystifying open relationships. YAY! The more information people have the less likely they are to relate all open relationships to "nightmarish Texan polygamous fundamentalist sects" (love t...
