Scripture from India known as, Sri "Chaitanya Caritamrita". This is Lord Chaitanya's prayer:
"I am no longer praying, for riches. I am no longer praying for some one to hold. I am only praying for Pure Love with which to Love Thee.
I am no longer praying for fame, health or even the Joys of poetry. I am only praying for Pure Love with which to Love Thee".
My Guru (teacher) has said, that when everything is done to serve the"Center of Beauty", everything is beautifully served. He went on to say that when we water a tree we should give the water to the root, so that ALL of the branches, leaves and fruit receive that water. In that way, he means, that when we "seek The Supreme Divine first" and search for ways to serve The Supreme Divine, then, being the Source of All, The Supreme Divine blesses all of life, including our own.
So, I have LOTS of desires too. Healthy ones and some unhealthy ones, I am sure, but I am trying this, offering everything that I take in this world. Offering it unto the Service of The Supreme Divine. I have been offering my food and water of course, but also making regular "sweet" offerings for to bless the Divine. The Elders say that if we offer a flower, a leaf, a fruit or even a bit of Water with some incense, that The Supreme Divine will accept it and distribute the essence of those things to All, for our nourishment and upliftment. I have been doing these type of things with TRULY WONDEROUS results and benefits for me and my Loved ones! If we offer The Supreme Divine those blessings first, then, they say, it "Super-Spiritualizes" the thing (food, water, flowers, etc.) then when we partake of it or share it, it then "SUPER-SPIRITUALIZES US! We start to get "brighter" and feel "lighter" (the Sun is appearing from the morning clouds as I write this!) Then we can go on about our lives with some understanding of walking "in the Spirit of Service".

THE MASCULINE AND FEMININE PRINCIPLE IS EXPRESSED IN THE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WORLDS! So many children of this Beautiful Earth are bewildered by the seemingly "natural" occurance of "evil" in this world and in our spiritual lives. The "Yin and Yang" conception or "Universal Balance" was NEVER meant to include "Good and evil". The balance of the universe is found only in "Male and Female" . For, in a world FULL of children and families there is NO PLACE for "evil". As the Navajo prayer concludes, "....Beauty above me, Beauty below me, Beauty to the left of me, Beauty to the right of me, Beauty behind me, Beauty in front of me, Beauty inside of me".
There was never any "evil" in the worlds until it was birthed in our human minds. Originally, we were meant to always walk in Beauty and in Balance, then through evil thoughts of fear, selfishness, jealousness, anger, greed, etc. we fell "out of Balance". These evil thought forms lead to evil words and actions. These evil based desires of the body and mind lead to frustration, which leads to anger. Anger leads to delusion, which leads to LOSS OF INTELLIGENCE! Once we lose our intelligence, we've lost EVERYTHING! Where there is the light of knowledge, there can be no darkness of ignorance. Some say, the more light there is, the more shadows there are. NO! A plant can still grow in the shadows because there is some light there, but in darkness nothing can grow. In darkness, we can only hold on for a short time then we wither and die. You are a Child of Eternal Light, you are like a sparkling ember of that Holy Fire that has fell onto the damp mud. While we are here, we are to remind the world that we came from an Ever Living Light. It is so hard for our soul to glow while we are being challenged on all sides, our "spark" is slowly going out. But if we, or our loved ones, can blow just a little encouragement on it and get ourselves and others in the association of those who are tending that Fire of Light, the sparkling ember of our true soul will start to glow again. We will be put back into that Fire of Light, to shine that the whole world may see with clarity, our true self. Which is a servant of the Light. That will bring balance to our lives and make a beautiful world for our children's children.

Brother Sun, Sister Wind, may I come home again. Speak to me, sweetly. Say that you’ll Love me,that you’ll love me.
Mother Earth, Father Sky, I feel so very high. When I’m with you, through and through.Body, Spirit, and Mind,yes and Mind.
Strength, and Wisdom, come help us build a foundation. Of Peace on the rocks and stones, that gave birth to our skin and bones.to our skin and bones.
Together we can build that place, where children never cry. Together we can build that place where Love never dies.

The Dina’(Navajo) Medicine Roadmen say that we have five Sacred Senses. The sense of Sight, Smell, Touch, Taste, and Hearing. Through these senses we have the capacity to recieve communication from Nature, as well as, the Source of All That Is. Just as our breath that we receive from the green plants is a gift of the Present and filled with Wisdom, so too is our breath a gift to the Source. The Plants too benefit from the breath that we exhale, and they purify our breath and any mental, emotional, physical or spiritual contaminates that it may carry. The Holy Guidance of “The Living Word” is available for anyone to receive and understand through the actual conscious experience of breath, and everything that we see, hear, feel or experience in this Life, just look for synchronicity. The Key is to live intentionally and consciously, very tricky in this modern world of distractions.
The Ancient Essene(Jewish Healer) Scrolls mention the Four Holy Streams through which we receive Divine Wisdom(Consciousness), Power(Guidance), Love(best defined as Sacrifice or Compassion), and Creativity(Abundance) of the Great Divine Mother/Father that is The Spirit, The Great Spirit (Wakan-Tanka,having both Male and Female attributes). We too are existing in that likeness, small drops of the Infintite Ocean of Love, exhibiting both Male and Female aspects, most of life is more Feminine than Masculine(ever wonder why men have nipples). We , the Children of Living Light are meant to radiate these Blessings as we receive them, not just to all of Creation but back to the Source in Gratefulness. As we exhale, so goes our thoughts, so it is our obligation to contribute noble and uplifting thoughts to the planetary thinking body. This is the essence of the "visible breath" conception of the "Way of the Sacred Pipe". A-HO

This meditation a very effective way of increasing wealth and abundance for “good purposes” only. If the intention for the increase is tainted or not for the good of all, then you will find it very uneffective indeed. The longer you sit in this meditation the greater the increase of the wealth will be for you and your loved ones. It will work anytime, though it is most effective to do this meditation in the morning between the first quarter Moon and the full Moon. To do the meditation under an Oak tree or Incense Cedar is also good, but anywhere will do. Just find a comfortable place to sit up straight(as possible) with your feet pulled up close to the top of the legs near the rear. Knees pointing up in front of the chest. Hands holding the legs at the base of each knee, thumbs pointing up on the sides of the knees. Now you are set to start the meditation by closing the eyes, relaxing the jaw with the tongue gently touching the roof of the mouth behind the teeth to complete the “energy current circuit” of the body. While breathing deeply, envision that you are a tree, starting with your roots coming out of the ground up into the base of your spine(your trunk). Envisioning your body as the trunk, now see yourself growing branches, leaves and fruit. See the cool shade you are providing. Now this is all a metaphor for our real purpose here on this planet. We are pulling energy up from the Earth, down from the Heavens, into our being. In this meditation though, envision all the energy coming up into the roots, up the trunk(spine), up the branches and out thru the leaves and fruit. Now envision your loved ones, that you wish to provide for, sitting and relaxing in the cool shade of you(the Tree). See them being nourished by your fruits, healed by your leaves. Be conscious also that our breath is being provided by the Trees, and as well, the Trees take in the breath we breath out. In this relationship of exchange lies the key to the mystery of this Ancient meditation.

1 The Earth is our Mother; care for Her
2 Honor all your relations.
3 Open your heart and soul to the Great Spirit.
4 All life is sacred; treat all beings with respect.
5 Take from the Earth what is needed and nothing more.
6 Do what needs to be done for the good of all.
7 Give constant thanks to the Great Spirit for each day.
8 Speak the truth but only for the good in others.
9 Follow the rythms of Nature.
10 Enjoy life's journey; but leave no tracks.

For the East, where the Sun comes up, bringing us Light to guide us across the Path of Life, filling our Mind with powerfull currents of thought and Creativity. For the South, where the powers of Earthly Growth come from, Eternally giving us new possibilities for expanding our energy. For the West, where the Rain comes from, bringing pure waters that become our blood that then pumps thru our Heart, enabling us to Love one another. For the North, where comes the Wind, bringing Wisdom, cooling our bodies, completing the Seasons of Life. For the Mother Earth, who provides the Food-of-Life, for the Father Sky, who fills our Spirit with Light. For Within, the Hearts of hearts, All My Relations. OM.
