Yes. Everyone knows its "pissing jobs here".
But does everyone know about the 13.4% of Calgarians that are currently living below the poverty line?
KICKED IN THE HEAD Theatre is producing a GUERRILLA THEATRE happening Tuesday, June 10 @ 12:00pm in and around Stephen Avenue and 1st Street SW. (if it’s raining heavily, we may move to the covered area between 2nd & 3rd Street)
The event, POVERTY IN BOOMTOWN, aims to use theatre to raise awareness about the increasing income disparity in our city, and will involve a range of short performances including skits, dance, cheers, infomercials, and Greek Tragedy.
Come on down and watch the mayhem unfold between Guerilla Theatre and random corporate suite-types!!!
