Sense

All of our interactions with the world are filtered through our five senses. One person may focus on one sense or another, based on their personality. But if you had to choose, which of your senses would you hold more important than the other? Which one could you not live without? Organize the five senses in a list from least important to most important. You might just discover something about yourself...

1. Smell - With some of my co-workers and neighbor's habits, I could definitely lose my sense of smell first.
2. Taste - Without the ability to taste, I could eat the healthiest foods and not care.
3. Sight - Although this is important to me, other senses are more important. I can still do some of my favorite things without being able to see.
4. Touch - I've got to be able to feel, but I think that the most important sense is...
5. Hear - I'm an audio person. I could live without everything else. But if I lose my hearing, I would probably fall into a deep depression. Music is so important for my day-to-day life that without it, I'd feel incomplete.

That's a conundrum. I agree with you on Smell and Taste. Those are definitely two of my weaker senses. The other three would be devastating to lose. I am insanely passionate about music, but I think that I would rather be able to see and feel. Those two are kinda a draw for me. I connect deeply with people through sight and touch... but, I suppose I would rather lose my sight, as my other senses could more easily adapt. *ding ding ding* Couldn't do without those physical sensations... :-)
