looks like the photographer was suffering a sugar low :)
I know this from personal work experience, a well fed photographer is a steady photographer! That, and flashes only reach 10 feet, so with digital your better off trying once with flash, then once without flash, you can always brighten up a photo in photoshop :)
unless of course, you don't have photoshop...

Yeah, it sure was blurry but I don't think the problem was blood sugar. As the photographer explained it to us, her camera batteries were low which made the camera harder to focus...but you can ask her all about it yourself the next time you see her, Wayne. The photo was taken by your daughter... :)
LOL, I love that girl... her framing was excellent the stairs, the lights, the picture would've lost the sense of grandeur with a close up shot.. and I bet she'll never forget to start with a full charge ever again.
You should see her garden shots from the arboretum in Placentia/Fullerton, she does have an eye.
