We need to do this in our schools. Imagine teaching our children the power of breath from an early age? I didn't learn to really breathe until after I pretty much had a nervous breakdown from stress and forced myself to seek natural treatment. I could of used this knowledge waaaay before that!

We are off to Buffalo tonight to spend the holidays with my family so wanted to wish everyone a great holiday. I have been meaning to write about my experiences as a mom, but have not seemed to find the time. Imagine that :) Let me just say that it has been harder than I thought, but way more amazing than I'd ever imagined. I am so blown away at the amount of love, patience and awe I have for my little one.

So, as Charro likes to say, it all started at the bottom of the eighth when the Red Sox were playing the A's in game 3 of the playoffs. Please join us in welcoming Dante Sol Zuck. He was born on October 6 at 4:19 p.m. and weighed 7 lbs 15 ounces. He is wonderfully healthy, quite the milk monster, and oh so cute. Charro and I are completely blissed out and so so happy :) More photos and birth story to come soon.

Wow - I can't believe that I am due in less than a month. Crazy. Charro and I are sooo excited for the arrival of our little one and I have been dreaming about the delivery pretty much every night. The nursery is pretty much ready--just finished the chill nursing corner in his room this weekend with a nice glider chair, plants, good lighting and a statue of the white tara to look over us and bless us with health, strength, longetivity, and beauty.
