This is a tear-out remodel. There is a dumpster at the corner of NE 22 and Couch (one block north of Burnside) You will have to dig a bit for yourself, but isn't that better than going to Home Depot to stand in the all too long lines and pay too much? Help save this stuff from going in the ground. Bring your hammer and wonderbar, there are some nails.

Now we all know that Bush has taken away almost every freedom the Constitution and Declaration of Independence has set for us. It is easier not to get as upset as I am right now because these guys are in an office on the other side of the country. They are making their profit based decisions with lawyers and lobbyists and all the political quagmire that goes on there.
