I am happy to have them, too, because a friend was teasing me that it was more likely that when I got the photos, they would be of me staring at my empty fingers... sheesh! 
I had the most amazing encounter at a retreat up in the mountains this weekend!!! It was with this cool community of philosopher-dance-lovers, couple hundred of them, camping at this wonderful garden retreat...

I write this today from my mom's house in southern California. My dad's funeral was this Sunday. Healthy and strong all his 70 years, he achieved a peaceful death in the arms of his soul mate, 9 months after successful brain cancer surgery. So much love... I know he is with me, but how I will miss him til we meet again, in the in between. "Shower the people you love with love..."

Thanks to all at the CT Post Party Fundraiser last Thursday night. Lordy what a fun time and a great happy community gathering. How lucky was I that it was the party raging when I rang in my birthday. Thanks to all of the goddesses who encouraged my serenades whilst they freshened up in the cool green walls of the ladies lounge. I'll post some photos soon...
