I can't help but notice so many people engaging in serious changes in life these days. I have had three friends in the last month, just up and quit their jobs without even a thought as to where to go next. At lunch today, with one of these friends, we got to talking about all the possibilites out there for someone to do. Being the artist that she is, there can be several avenues to develop opportunity, but her issues was in not knowing which one to pick. My response to that... why pick one? Sure there are some things we are better at than others. So those things we should probably explore for the more bread and butter type reasons, however, all those creative elements we are called to are a part of us that need to be expressed. Should any of them be left out? Then I said, A diamond does not sparkle without all the facets! Let you many facets catch the light and you to will shine!!! What is even more validation, while I am typing this blog entry out at work, I am hearing a commercial for Kay Jewlers and their pick of diamonds. Amazing the validation is instant these days. Thanks Spirit!!!

Motivation

It is beginning to kick back in as we count down the last few days of Mercury Retrograde. I am constantly hearing in my head, “Be Prepared!!” as we shift out of Reverse into 5th gear. Normally, for those of you standard drivers, that does not seem to be quite right. But that is going to be how it feels in about a week or so. Just like someone kicked us into high gear. There will be a lot of almost crazy high energy, so please think to ground yourselves as often as you can. A few times a day if required. And keep yourself in the fore ground of your life. There are a lot of people swinging in the energy of unworthiness, you are already sensing it around you. As the weeks continue in high gear this will be mean you may leave some people in the dust. You need to be strong in the space of worthiness. As you are!!! Worhty of loving yourself and being supported by spirit, so see yourself as supported. Get your goals in order and get ready to motivate. With so many people swimming in unworthiness, it will be your time to get ahead… I hear you… that is selfish… only if you don’t think you are worthy!!! Miracles

It has been a few weeks of some really tough energy out there. I know that me and several of my beloveds are struggling though a lot of energy highs and energy lows. Mostly I know that mercury retrograde has a lot to do with it, and trying very hard to keep my own thoughts positively focused can be really hard, yet I keep the image of my beautiful guides and guru in my mind... somehow I keep smiling through it all... Even in these times I am amazed at the miracles I can still seem to see popping up around me, and I keep my gratitude to spirit for bringing me motivation and success... So to all of you out there right now who are bouncing through the really high highs and the really low lows... keep your chin up and smile!!! Mercury will be out of retrograde soon and spring is officially here. The upswing into the warm weather is about to begin. Keep tight your connection with spirit. Pray and ask for what you need everyday, keep a dialog open with them at all times. And see the miracles happen in the midst of the deepest struggles we can be in... it is amazing!!

Mercury Retrograde ?!?

According to astrological information it starts today, actually in just a few minutes from when I post this entry, it will be in retrograde for most of March. This can mean a lot of things. The world seems to slow... communication gets a little difficult... even cell phones seem to have a crazy way of having signal problems in areas where there shouldn't be! As a psychic I tend to warn my clients about these times. Mercury Retrograde is not really a good time to start projects, but rather finish them up. Clean your house. Get rid of all the clutter in your life which no longer validates you. Allow yourself to be free of the craziness we surround ourselves with on a daily and yearly basis. The little musical box with the ballerina that grandma gave to you when you where two years old.... you can let that go!! While letting go of the guilt you may be hurting her or someone else's feelings. Besides, it will be less you have to dust around the house!!! But these next few weeks are also a time to just cleanse your soul. From the inside out. Get in touch with all the issues you have been working through. The inner spiriutal journey you have been praying for is here. It is a journey that allows you to bring in new abundance, but first you have to let go. How can you put more in your house when it is packed anyway. The laws of abundance works in a way that when you have something you want, you must be willing to give something away. Abundance is not about being greedy, or a horder. But rather, abundance flows best when you understand that it is never ending. Maybe there is another two year old you can give that musical box to. And when you do, something new will come into your life and fill that void. At the same time you are sharing the abundance with others. And it soon becomes a beautiful cycle of growth and soon everyone is swimming in it!!! What a world we would have if everyone learned these simple rules. But don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself. Pay it forward if you will! So in the end of all this. I suppose it is a good thing to tie in all this rambling with Mercury Retrograde. This is the perfect time to clear your personal home, as well as mental, emotional and physical, and finish up and projects you may have been waiting to. And do this all in the next few weeks. Retrograde happens a few times a year. I call it the big spiritual vaccum cleaner. It is as though the heavens open up and suck all the crap out of us, but we have to be willing to let it go! Cause then the next few months are about filling in the voids with all the beautiful things in life we want to manifest. This I call the cycle of Abundance!!!. My Gratitude to all the people in the world. For all the love and fear that surrounds us. For the love to remind us of where we come from, the light of love. For Fear.... teaching me to grow, step and move into situations and lessons I never thought were possible. For showing me my limitations, keeping me humble when my ego gets hot!!! Prepare For a Wonderful Year

I decided rather that wishing everyone a happy holiday and run the risk of offending someone somewhere in the realms of the world, I would rather take a moment to lend some predictions for the new year that we can all benefit from! So, Since there is a few days left to 2005, please take some time to be good to yourself. This is an important time of year to reflect on the events of the past year. Take the time to look at all the lessons, all the blessing, and all the trials that have made you grow stronger as a person. It has been an extremely tough year for many, including myself, but new adventures await for us all. As we head into 2006, the first few months, Until about later March early April, we all need to be really smart with money. If you are in a flux of money, this is a good time to clear up any debts, free up your financial energy. If you are in a not so flux with money, get your finances organized and straightened out. For everyone... try not to spend to frivioulously... unless it is an emergency and really needed. All other types of fun spending... check in with yourself and see if this something that can really wait until after April has gotten under way. We may see some more changes to the earth in the first 6 months of 2006, but do not go into fear from this... simply surround youself with love and protection. Gaia has to shift and cleanse, there is nothing we can do to prevent what she feels guided, but with can assist her by sending the earth much love and compassionate energy... filled with grace and ease so that whatever clearing she chooses may not be to devastating. After April of 2006 has gotten underway, the rest of the year is about personal manifestation... Get really clear with yourself about what you want in your life. All the things that will bring you into happiness, love, joy and abundance. This is going to be the time to really make this all happen... It is all about you... any less that what is the best for you needs to shift. To my brothers and sisters of the world. Please make is promise that you will choose more laughter, love and grace and ease in this year for yourself. I taugh a spiritual class last night called the Humor in All Things... and there were a few amazing things that came out of this event I thought were worth sharing on here... One being the following Message, and I would love to give credit to whoever this may be, but I cannot seem to figure that part out... so thanks to whomever wrote this: "This Planet has a bunch of serious folks: they just don't get the cosmic joke. And some spend their lives in hot pursuit of what they call a cosmic truth. But I heard a joke in the Heavens Above, Laughter is Truth. And the punchline is Love." It is so true that in this day an age we tend to take ourselves way to seriously... we are here to live and enjoy our lives. I love the sounds of laughter... they make me laugh to!!! I would so love to sit and laugh lots with all of you... I encourage you all to take a moment and see all the beautiful things that surround you and me and laugh more everyday! even at the things that are hard and trying... because it is in these moments that we need it the most. Giving Thanks To All

To all the amazing light beings who are on the planet today. To each and every soul, I honor and Thank you for your journey in the physical... some have easy and graceful paths, others are filled with Trials and Hardships... but all paths are valuable and a piece to the puzzle of existence. I am thankful for you all.... Even more so I would like to Give thanks to Gaia for sharing with us her love. You show us everyday how much you love us all, by creating the energy of gravity that keeps us here on your beautiful surface. I give thanks to all the deities and masters who assist our path. I an honored to know that we are connected, safe and well guided with your loving light. And mostly to creator for thinking up this whole divine plan to begin with. And mostly for your unconditional love that allows each one of us to express who we are... judgement free... it is good to know that there is nothing we can do to ever break the bond you share with us. It seems a shame sometime that we need to schedule a day every year to connect to those we love and appreciate. Everyday should be Thanksgiving because there is never a day goes by, our angels and guides are not working for us. Even when we take a holiday... and for this I am most Thankful, and will honor your love everyday of the year.

Spirit Rising

Halloween!!! Not only the time of year for candy, costumes, scary movies and black cats... it is also the time in which the spirit world and our world merge. Everyone can feel the presence of spirit in our lives! Those who have once walked the earth plane and are no longer with us. Some we know and love, others are just passing through... yet this is an amazing time of year and honor we have to connect with love to those we cherish. During this time of year, and all times to be in fact... do not walk in fear of these beings. That is their doorway to our soul. Instead always walk in love and no harm will ever come to you. Honor their journey and the symbolism they have in our lives. They are a constant reminder that life continues once he have left the physical... Happy Halloween and Samhain to you and yours. Enjoy ~Lauren Ellen "Been sitting here with my in a wad, wanting to speak out about the bullshit going on in New Orleans. For the people of New Orleans... First we would like to say, Sorry for your loss. With that said, Let's go through a few hurricane rules: (Unlike an earthquake, we know it's coming) #1. A mandatory evacuation means just that...Get the hell out. Don't blame the Government after they tell you to go. If they hadn't said anything, I can see the argument. They said get out... if you didn't, it's your fault, not theirs. (We don't want to hear it, even if you don't have a car, you can get out.) #2. If there is an emergency, stock up on water and non-perishables. If you didn't do this, it's not the Government's fault you're starving. #2a. If you run out of food and water, find a store that has some. (Remember, shoes, TV's, DVD's and CD's are not edible. Leave them alone.) #2b. If the local store has been looted of food or water, leave your neighbor's TV and stereo alone. (See #2a) They worked hard to get their stuff. Just because they were smart enough to leave during a mandatory evacuation, doesn't give you the right to take their stuff...it's theirs, not yours. #3. If someone comes in to help you, don't shoot at them and then complain no one is helping you. I'm not getting shot to help save some dumbass who didn't leave when told to do so. #4. If you are in your house that is completely under water, your belongings are probably too far gone for anyone to want them. If someone does want them, let them have them and hopefully they'll die in the filth. Just leave! (It's New Orleans, find a voodoo warrior and put a curse on them.) #5. My tax money should not pay to rebuild a 2 million dollar house, a sports stadium or a floating casino. Also, my tax money shouldn't go to rebuild a city that is under sea level. You wouldn't build your house on quicksand would you? You want to live below sea-level, do your country some good and join the Navy. #6. Regardless of what the Poverty Pimps Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton want you to believe, The US Government didn't create the Hurricane as a way to eradicate the black people of New Orleans; (Neither did Russia as a way to destroy America). The US Government didn't cause global warming that caused the hurricane (We've been coming out of an ice age for over a million years). #7. The government isn't responsible for giving you anything. This is the land of the free and the home of the brave, but you gotta work for what you want. McDonalds and Wal-Mart are always hiring, get a damn job and stop spooning off the people who are actually working for a living. President Kennedy said it best..."Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."

Always Look on the Bright Side of Life

do do... do do do do do do..... I have to say the most inspiring messages can come from the strangest of places, and while I was in New York last week... they indeed did... Spamalot... A musical based on the Monty Python Movie "The Holy Grail" had some hilariously inspiring moments... and one of them being that the "Holy Grail" we all are searching for is really within each of us... How many times have we heard this???? But all that happy horse stuff aside... we all know that what we need to do in this life time is all within us... and we will make it... but what I found to be a better message... is the power of laughter. As I nearly pissed myself several times in the classy theatre... laughing ... and what a message indeed. Why take life so seriously, if you cannot laugh at what spirit hands you, and what you have chosen yourself... why bother. And even in those moments... those wonderful moments... where there seems to be nothing else to in the world but to cry... go and get yourself a shubbery... make life interesting and laugh... it really does give you a better perspective. Gutters & Pot Holes

I love it when you are diving down the road after a rain storm and the fog is think. You sometimes hit a deep pot hole and your car makes this loud crashing noise... and then your like "Jesus Christ that hurt" Even though yo don't feel a thing you feel for your car.... Or those rain filled gutters that will wake you up when you are driving at night and when you shouldn't be sleeping anyway. The sad thing is this is how I feel right now with the movement of my life. I keep hitting this pockets of bumps that sneak up on you like the pot holes do... and even though they seem to hurt the flow of my life... don't yet feel a thing. And even though I am trying to zombie my way through the realms of this existence... I keep running into those gutteres that wake you up and say... "get off your fucking ass and do something with your life!!!"" Anyone else feeling like this?!?

Heal the Waters!!!

There is so much going on in the world right now, and with the incidents in New Orleans, I am hearing a thought from spirit. Heal the waters. As you are watching the news or catching a glimpse of the chaos down there, send prayers and healing energy to the waters that you see. All the waste, gas, pollution is being poured back into the ocean where many animals live... and will hurt their environment! This tragedy has lasting effects on our ecosystem and will need much healing!!! The best way is to see the waters as already healed and free of toxitity... all your prayers will go a long way!!! Many Brave Souls!!!

What an amazing turn of events and every moment hangs in the balance for many brave souls right now in New Orleans and the surrounding areas, now in the aftermath of Katrina.... a Name that will forever ring in many for years and decades to come. I would like to take a moment with those of you who would join me as we send much compassion to those who have crossed, and those who are still braving a scary situation. Lets pray together that they all get the relief they need for their highest and the highest of all!!! This time and events is something I never thought I would have to live through, but these moments are here. And I thank the Divine above for blessing those of us who still exist in momentary safetyt. I am on my knees with gratitude, for now all the small things life do not seem so small!!! We are all one!!! And it is through this oneness we can help each other with the intention if pure love and unrelenting Compassion. Amazing Validation

In this very moment, Mars is closer to us than it has been in a long time and last night I got this strong and sudden urge to create a pray and intention circle. And so I gathered my items of honoring and crystals and such, and created sacred space. Part of what I did was call to my Goddess Sekhmet as well as all my guides and masters and prayed! At the end of my session I asked to receive validation, in which a good friend popped into my mind. At 11:55pm, that wonderful friend of mine called me last night to talk to me about Sekhmet... and even though I was unable to take the call, the message was delivered... it just goes to show... ask, and ye shall receive.

The other night, I spent some time at the beach with and ex boyfriend/lover/reallygoodfriend. We had quite and intersting journey when we were together and in love. And even though most of the time we were together, we could not really label our interesting relationship... there was no doubt we had a great love!!! Several years later, and living much distance apart, we still have managed to remain good friends. Our relationship has turned into a normal friendship, but we still manage to appreciate each other, banter with each other and all that fun. But while we were sitting under the beautiful moonlight the other night, taking pictures of the beach, I realized we still have a great love, and even though it presents itself in a different way... it is just as powerful as ever. It just goes to show... Great Love will last through anything if you let it!!!! And it will grow and change... but it will remain Great!!!

A Little Pampering Today

I have to say, massage is a wonderful thing. I had an opportunity today to get one done!!! And it has shifted the energy of my whole day, a beautiful thing indeed. It was a gift certificate that was given to me for some of the hard work that I had been doing in July (hard to believe that I can work hard!!) and it was for a massage school, so I inquired about the prices of these massages and they are dirt cheap. The women I worked with, it was her last massage at this school, and I was telling her what I did for a living. She thought what a profound meeting it was, someone who has started on her own self-motivated career, and she was right behind me. We shared inspiring words and ideas, it was truly divine in all senses of the word... Thanks spirit, for sending me the massage and the message. Take a moment in your week to pamper yourself. Don't think you can afford a massage... check you local paper for a massage school near you... I assure you... you can afford this!!!

A Prayer For Abundance

It has occured to me, as I work along my spiritual path, that we all deserve to be successful in life. But in past lives we may have suffered moments of poverty, or a moment of self deprivation, or many moments. In any case this often leads us to places in our lives, in this lifetime, where we still feel the energy of lack. And so it is time to reprogram that thinking. And so I offer a prayer of abundance. To my guides, masters and angels of the light Help me to feel supported in all areas of my life Help me to feel the worthiness of abundance Help to me feel honored for the work I provide But most especially help me to realize the value in all things To see that I do not live a life of lack So that I many honor all forms of life and abundance And it will return to me. With gratitude for your ever presence in my life. And now, even more. lets all hold each other in this vision, and already see it forming. Thus the power of manifestation.

A Personal Moment

This Saturday was beautiful and perfect all around. Sometimes you just need to take some time for yourself. Enjoying the beauty of nature, with no stress. Hard for some easy for others. On a road trip this weekend with a good friend and the serenity of nature. I encourage everyone to take that time. Get away from it all. Pick someone you can enjoy that time with and just go. Or maybe it is on your own. And the healing power of water in its natural setting. It was indeed a beautiful weekend and now a slightly overcast Monday. The last person we often think of at the end of the day is ourselves, and as I tell many a client... you are just as important as the rest of the world. If the plane were going down, and you are with your children the rule is to put your mask on first. If you can't breathe how are you going to help that child. Well the same applies to everyday life. If you can't take care of yourself, how are you going to take care of everyone else. So take a personal moment, and treat yourself to something special. Amma Blessings Lauren Ellen

Amma's Lotus Heart

To take the iniative to experience the power of healing energy is truly an amazing opportunity, and being a spiritual healer myself I am always amazed how so many of us healers are the last ones to take time for our own healing... Still moving through one of the most power transitions of my life thus far... I decided it was time for me to get on the table, and so I went to visit one of my trusted healer friends. During the process, she was able to see my heart chakra... which was blooming a big beautiful lotus. Sitting in the center of this lotus was my beautiful Guru, Ammachi!!! Hearing this automatically brought me back to the bliss of meeting with her last month, and getting my first Amma hug!!! An amazing experience. And to know that in my heart center she still remains is such a blessing!!! I love Ammachi!!!

The Beginning of the Rainbow

“My religion is love and service.” ~ Amma I hear these words and realize what a similar path I am on. I am beginning this blog at a new place in my life, and looking forward to where the rest of life will take me. I have spent four years in the service of spirit. Learning, REMEBERING, and reliving to understand all the qualities that we were each born with, and how we are each a unique piece to a special cosmic puzzle. And during this time I spent much of it at the mercy of everyone else and their needs. Now spirit has put me on a solo path of creation. Handing me the blank canvas in which to now write the path of my life. I am now competely free to choose, and I hear the inspiring words of Ammachi... knowing I too want to bring service and love to the world for all to expereince. Take a moment today, and see what you are doing in your life. How much of that are you happy with. How much do you still want to add to bring more happiness in. I encourage you now to take that first baby step... Pick the easy one first. And take it. Make it yours. And the next day... do that same thing... One of my baby steps is taking the time to write this. Writing and words I love very much, but now I am chosing to make it real!!! My love to the world And Much Laughter
