CUTTING EDGE TRIBAL with Belladonna of Romka
Intro to Sword Dancing and Beyond
1-3pm $30 ADV/$35 Day Of
Belladonna is a master of the sword dance. She is well known for her double sword work & her un-dulled scimitar balancing. Let her guide you through using your sword as a partner and infuse strength and purpose into your sword work. This workshop will discuss the sword as a symbol and why one would choose to dance with a sword. A warm up to movements, sword handling techniques, tips and tricks, as well as some balancing drills and a short combination.



HIP HIP HOORAY with Nichole Hanna of Gypsyville
Combinations & Technique
11-12:30pm $20ADV/$25 Day Of

This class will focus on building multi layered combinations from basic hip movements. It will include a precise breakdown of each
combination and how to add one layer to the next. It will challenge the intermediate and advanced student, but beginners are welcome.



BEGINNER'S POI With Claire Metz Fenner of Gypsyville
A new Zealand Fusion Dance Form
10-11am $20ADV/$25 Day Of
Come and feel the joy as you learn the basics of the New Zealand dance
form known as poi! This unique dance form helps increase flexibility,
strength, and coordination, while creating a new connection between
mind and body. This class will focus on basic technique and theory.
Practice poi will be available for use and sale, or bring your own.
