I just had a VortexHealing session with Nathan and it was incredible!
First I saw a little spinning or fluttering thing near my 3rd eye area. I had a lot of colors coming in that were corresponding with the tugging sensations I felt in each chakra. Seeing a lot of green at the heart chakra etc.. At one point I saw like white electrical lines all around and in my body. Nathan went on to discribe this when he called after the session! Cool stuff! :) Nathan was able to tell me some interesting things about my situation with my Mother and my reactions to her. I feel this was a very clearing session and am looking forward to seeing how this healing continues to unfold! Thank you Nathan!! You are a very loving and gentle spirit and I am so happy I found you! Big HUGS! Peace, Light & Love, Jeana March 25, 2005
Nathan is a very powerful healing facilitator. He has a warm and safe presence and a lot of shen (spirit) in his eyes! He clearly has cultivated his own energy. I came to him for a vortex healing and had a very profound experience which transcended time and space. I feel more lighthearted as a result and like I have a stronger presence. I definitely recommend it to anyone on a path of healing.

Gratitude, for me, has been one of the most difficult things to *truly* feel and experience. For most of my life, I didn't really think about it, but in recent years I've noticed that it's not just that I never thought of it before, but that I actually had a strong inner resistance to really letting go into gratitude - even for the things that I know are blessings in my life! Over time, I've realized that the reason... read more
I've just finished writing an essay on the topic of Awakening, and my experience of it. As something that I've created, it feels a lot like my "baby" and I want the whole world to see! I promise that it will be both interesting and entertaining. You can find it at www.healingforthesoul.com/spiri...ng.pdf

Let me know what you think, and enjoy! :)
I do believe in the "Law of Attraction" - I have since I was a teenager - but I believe it all runs much deeper than "thinking good thoughts." For me, it isn't your thoughts that create your reality, it is your inner consciousness that creates your reality, INCLUDING your thoughts. Changing your inner consciousness is a long, arduous process and it can't be accomplished just by pretending that nothing unpleasant is going to happen. You have to look at, feel, and deal with your subconscious wo...

I had a painful yet enlightening experience today. A relationship in my life has changed in nature quite suddenly, and in a way that brought up feelings of frustration and loss. In meditating on where this suffering was coming from, I realized a lot of different things, one of which had to do with the egoic satisfaction I get out of having my life go the way that I wanted it to.

I went to see Adyashanti yesterday, and for the first time I got to go up and talk to him (I've been going to see him for almost two years now). I didn't have a question or really anything to say, I just wanted to interact with him because that's when he really bridges Awakening directly to you. I had no idea just how powerful that can be!

Re: Relationship without co-dependence

Yes, that is manipulation, but for me that manipulation is a function of co-dependence.

Re: loneliness
(in Eckhart Tolle)
I've seen this happen many times in my life and in the lives of my friends and colleagues. We are always attracted to those who resonate with us on some level. When you start to futz with your own inner consciousness (i.e. grow spiritually), event...

Re: Relationship without co-dependence

The truth that I speak of is self-evident once you really look for it. It's not a doctrine or a guideline or a position of any kind. It is just the truth of your own nature -- that which animates your body and all of life itself.

I know the subtext you are talking about, and that is actually what I was trying to address here. There are always these questions of "should I do this or should I do that in my relationship? -- i.e What is the best way for me to get what I want o...

Relationship without co-dependence
(in Conscious Relating)
There is an interesting theory out there regarding relationships and co-dependence. Most relationships are founded on co-dependence--the kind of co-dependence where you don't really love and support each other, you're both just there for what you ...
