i cut down the amounts since i only had a quart of chicken stock left, added some cilantro for flavor & a can of mushroom soup to thicken it up some bit. I think it came out perfectly! :)



Now tonight, I'm making sushi for dinner! (and we're going to play scrabble!!!)

where i didn't sleep well through the night, well in this case it would be morning. i did go to sleep around 6:30am today so i should've been out like a light, but i wasn't. instead the thoughts that ran through my head kept me restless about the one person i did not want to run into last night at faherty's. i should've known though, crystal and i stopped down there to get a pint and watch the game since off the wall didn't have blue moon on draught. anyways it was fun up until i saw him. at first i dont think he spotted me but eventually it seemed as though he was trying to make me jealous with his new flavor of the week. too bad that bitch is ugly; sad but true. so i ignored him, it bothered me to be there but i stayed there, i wasn't the crazy girl. so a little while later he and his little friends ended up leaving. good; i hope i ruined his night. thanks to crystal for helping me out with the shitty situation, its unfortunate that they left without her saying some shit for me. lol yeah, yeah whatever.



soo, i had a lot of fun at off the wall for dr. joe's birthday shindig. the music was good, i danced a bunch, didnt drink as much and saw lots of smiling faces all in one room! good times had all around. afterwards ron and i made a taco run to ETS since i obviously have a mexican food problem that needs to be fulfilled EVERYDAY! :)



today i got my ingredients to make sushi from wegmans with rachael. we then baked sugar christmas cut-out cookies while watching Almost Famous.

I should probably go to the gym tomorrow, or yoga.
