Intrduction to the weekend and Shamanic Healing Journey.

FOOD AS MEDICINE
Boosting the immune system. Cleansing in the Fall.
With Crystal in the Upper Stonefront.

RIDING THE TIGER
Release and renew through breath and movement. With Richard and Loren

THE CHINESE APPROACH TO THE SEASON CHANGE

ESSENE PURIFICATION PRACTICES
Alkalizing the body and guide sound healing meditation. With Heather in Upper Stonefront. SUN 11am – 1pm ($30)
EACH SESSION IS OPEN TO EVERYONE. SOME ARE PRICED AT $30, THE OTHERS ARE BY DONATION.
THE WHOLE WEEKEND PROGRAM COSTS $95. INCLUDED ARE THE DONATIONS, AN EXTENDED STAY AT HARBIN AND WEEKEND MEMBERSHIP.

For camping, no reservations are needed; just register at the front gatehouse when you arrive. We do invite you to extend your retreat at Harbin after the weekend for your own in-depth cleanse at regular guest rates. Harbin Health Service practitioners will be available for private session bookings to support your process.

Happy Full Moon Lunar Eclipse! I hope that this finds you well and that you are processing all of these highly charged emotional energies in a good way! It's time to let go of the shore and push off into the middle of the river and let it take you/us to more harmonious waters! Change? Yes We Can!!!
What a momentous time to be alive! Yes this truly feels like a break through on a global scale. Even though I'm not American, couldn't vote and have some differences of opinion on some policy issues put forth by Obama, I can already feel an enormous surge of energy healing the oppression of Black people every where and the hope that this new day has brought so many. Yes, time for change and this is a good demonstration that we can break through the old entrenched status quo. This is an opening. The work doesn't end here, this is a time for the uprising of the people and to empower ourselves with knowledge and the skills we need to cocreate our new Earth. No mistake about it. Dare to dream and prepare to double our efforts. Anything is possible.I see a sustainable, just and peaceful human presence on Earth about to be born.
Change? Yes we can!
