What is missing is any sort if evidence on why the Health Clinics were raided.
- was there evidence that illegal drugs were on the premises? - what was the evidence? - was the evidence presented before a judge and a warrant issued? - was proper procedure followed by the judge issued the warrant If the federal government makes an evidential presentation before a judge accroding to well established procedures, they are allowed to search private residences, businesses and non-profit institutions. If the evidence supports the contention that such a search may endanger the safety of those taking part, counter measures may be authorized to insure their safety. While this cartoon pokes fun at the situation and your post suggests grave misconduct on the part of the FDA, it fails to present any discussion of the background against which this raid was made. If proper procedure was abridged, those aspects should be noted. Specific violations should be listed. |

Glad to see this has caught your attention! Good question! I find that this source www.NewsTarget.com has a lot of integrity and are well researched. If you have questions or would like more information, I think that it's great to do more research on google or perhaps you can ask them. I find these people highly credible and really doubt that they'd make this kind of a statement without the evidence to back it.

Perhaps it would help if you summarized their evidence and posted it. I think its interesting that people post such inflammatory blog entries and then send someone off to do the research themselves.
If you have a case, make it... lay it out here and defend what you have said. |

Thank you Spiritflame for your comments. I'm sorry for assuming that people have more awareness of the corruption in the health care field and other suppressed technologies than they perhaps do. A few good examples to look at would be Royal Rife and the Rife Machine (electromagnetic generator) which is now used fairly widely. Royal Rife actually spent numerous years in prison for his inventions. Other good people to look at is Dr. Hilda Clark and Dr. Robert Beck who also invented technologies based on electromagnetic currencies that can "cure" (an illegal term to use in some parts of the US) many illnesses. Dr. Robert Beck invented the Silver Pulser which I personally use to clean my blood ... this piece of equipment cannot be purchased for this purpose in the United States, it can only be purchased in Canada for "use with plants" ... it is an amazing machine that can wipe out virtually all suboptimal microbes from the blood and reports as to the healings that have occured include for AIDS, herpes and cancer on a very consistent basis. Also, not sure if you are aware of Nicola Telsa and his work in free energy (the Tesla Coil) which has been suppressed for decades. I am also personally aware of numerous health practitioners and vitamin makers who have been prosecuted by the FDA.

Spiritflame, I do suggest that you take it upon yourself to be researching the Truth. This is a time when much information is available and is an important time for us to exercise our abilities to discern Truth from Illusion and this is part of coming into self mastery. We have blindly followed for long enough. It is time to KNOW the TRUTH in our every deliberation. I am merely flagging things in our collective experience that I think deserve attention and have validitiy. You may agree with me or not. You seem to visit my blog quite frequently so I'm assuming that you find that which I discuss to be of interest to you on some level. This is good, as many things I share you will not find in your everyday mainstream US media. Yes it is time to question and that's great ... but don't shirk your personal responsibilitiy for determining that which serves you and our collective in the highest manner possible. We have turned over our power to multinationals and the corpocracy for long enough ... it's time to examine the "fruits of our labor" and if we're not liking our "results" ... to perhaps take some personal responsiblility if voting only through your pocket book to take a stand.

All of the links and quotes you point to are interesting. However, the post here suggests that the FDA overstepped it legal authority concerning a specific drug raid.
I have seen no evidence posted here to support this accusation. The fact that it may have been guilty of other abuses does not indicate that it acted improperly in this case. We are a nation of laws. If you, I, or the FDA break the law, evidence must be brought forward in each instance and evaluated. If I commit tax evasion, this does not in itself make me a suspect in a murder that has been committed. Evidence for the murder accusation must be brought forward and evaluated separately. Is it that difficult to present the evidence showing that the FDA acted improperly in this instance?? |

I really don't think that this cartoon was pointing to any "specific instance" at all. In fact, the tag line clearly states "the FDA has conducted multiple armed raids on vitamin shops and health clinics" ... what is "specific" about that? Doesn't sound to me that they were citing a "specific" incidence ... no, it sounds like they were flagging more general theme. Sorry, but I don't think your argument follows. And this is a CARTOON ... meaning that they we're taking some creative liberty in expressing an opinion/;oint of view. I personally think is quite an smart way of getting a point across! H |

Show some evidence that in any of those cases proper procedures were not followed...
It is incumbent upon the person making the charge to show that abuses occured. The pattern while suspicious, proves nothing if there is not evidence. We do not bring criminal charges for looking like a criminal, in this country we bring criminal charges for criminal activity... |

oh really. I know plenty of people who would beg to differ this last point of yours. In fact, many people will tell you that government agencies run in a way that are not constitutional. Many people will tell you that the United States is no longer a democracy but is a fascist state ... watch "America: Freedom to Facism" by Aaron Russo ... an excellent documentary on the subject and then tell me that you think your statement is still accurate. Even local governments are not upholding the consistution as I have just had personal direct experience on some land zoning and permitting issues. Even land attorneys will tell you this. It sounds to me like perhaps you haven't had very much experience in dealing with big business and big government and are among many who are in denial about the state of our collective health and well being and who find it difficult to believe that there could exists organized forces out there who don't have the well being of the masses in mind and who in fact operate from a place and desire to enslave you to a system whose motive is to divide and conquer and amass as much power for themselves. I realize that most people are in denial, have their heads in the sand and would even prefer not to know the truth. Like the Hopi prophesy states, those with the eyes to see and the ears to hear will know and understand what to do and the rest who continue to follow the arrogance of their own flawed intellect shall be destroyed in a prison of their own making. It is all coming to pass. Empower yourself. EDUCATE yourself! It's easy to sit on the sidelines and throw eggs, it's challenging and vulnerable to be a truth seeker, leader and pioneer.
Like they say, there are three stages of Truth: 1. Violent opposition 2. Denial 3. Acceptance as Evident Just like the Civil Rights movement, the Woman's Suffrage movement and the abolition of Slavery there were very few that stood up for justice and the rest of the minions just followed through and accepted the change as evident after many had sacrificed much. Compliance and complacency is a horrendous dis-ease in our society of people who think they have so much when in fact they have so little. This is the time of the "Revealing" when all Truth shall be revealed ... and all that was hidden and corrupt will be up for inspection, cleansing and rectification. Be part of the solution!
