I've known Aleph for a few years now and he is one of my all time favorite people. He's seen me through my times of angst, my trials and errors at becoming a "grown-up", laughter and tears, and has always been there with his arms wide open and a smile on his face. But not only is he the most loyal and amazing friend you could ever wish for, he's also a total hottie !
I miss you lots Aleph, it's been too long :)

ok, it was 20 years ago that I laid eyes on my friend's boyfriend who was the COOLEST LOOKING GUY--yup, Aleph! I was so envious--if he had had a twin, I'd have been the happiest little punk rock girl alive! Long black hair, nails, clothes-SO COOL! He saw me falling down drunk, tripping on acid with a head cold, and in various states of disrepair in high school. I saw him rocking out on the drum kit, writing songs and poems in an ever-present notebook, taking alot of BART trips;) and generally being one of the coolest people I knew...Altar De Fey, Atrocity, and all the other shows he played out--I am so glad he is still a rock star--he turned me on to everything from Cocteau Twins to Sisters of Mercy to rap! I can't wait to see you at some point this summer-- it's been way too long!

Thank you for being here with me. Thank you for being honest and funny and caring and for holding me when things were dark even though you barely knew me. Do you know how good you are? What you give me? What you give people with your counseling and your caring? Believe it! Yes, own it! You’re nice. You’re not just nice, you’re a knight in inky armor. It’s just that simple. And then there's your music. You have so much to give to the world. And then there's the tiger … Mrawr! I want you for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
And for dessert.
And in the desert.
I love you.

Yes! A wicked David Bowie!!! I lived with Aleph at the New Method (and Rip and Casey... where is Stella?) and I know exactly how nice this wicked David Bowie covered in tattoos is.
Nice. Really nice. Are you cringing yet Aleph??? You are nice. Own it.
He's super funny too. He always had funny things to say standing outside Harvest Market. Cute, Nice and Funny. Who could ask for more... ok,ok... ALL POWERFUL, WISE AND MERCILESS - THAT IS ALEPH!!!
