Hilary is a sweet & sincere girl with so many talents. As a member of Shakra, she leaves me breathless! What stunning originality - amazing use of movement and music to create unique performance scenarios unlike anything else I've ever seen. Shakra brings the audience into a dark place that is (simultaneously) hauntingly evocative and kick-ass dangerous. Funny in a break your heart kinda way. Serious in a party till you drop sorta way. Brilliant!

A wickedly twisted fire-starter, a kick ass dancer and choreographer, waaaaaaaaaaay too much scary knowledge, but also ultimately kind, helpful, funny. This probably does not sound as interesting as, say, noting her near superhuman energy when dancing in clubs for hours on end....

Amazing, creative, fierce and intelligent dance artist? Definitely, whether with her posse or spinning fire. And I really mean amazing; watching H do her thing is a truly transcendent, uplifting, inspirational experience for me.

She's also one of the funnest people you could ever want to hang out with.

And when the chips are down and you're between a rock and a hard place, this is the woman you want in your corner. She's sympathetic but keeps a cool head, thoughtful and resourceful in solving other people's problems, generous with her time and energies and unwaveringly reliable when things get crazy.

Why she doesn't fly around with a cape, I'll never know.

Hilary kicks ass! I mean, literally kicks ass. Like you might want to wear a helmet and some body armor...industrial strength body armor... and you might want to carry some sort of anti-bullwhip device...and maybe a fire extinguisher...or a napalm dumpling...

Ok, and she kicks ass figuratively too. For so many reasons I couldn't possibly explain them all to you or your head would explode.

She is the Poi princess of all time, first time I met her we were at Shisha Lounge for a benefite, and she totally kicked ass POIing to the Rabbite Case theme from SNATCH! seee iii remember!... you have GOT to check this chica out! super cool gal with mucho talent and interesting music choices for POIing! a natural high! :D \m/ rOCk on Hilary.
