well.... so i like to sail, and i always have. i am captivated by the green silty waves of the hudson river. i love when waves come over the bow on a small sailing vessel in the summer. i love it when it happens on the clearwater too, in the fall, when i am wearing a full set of foul weather gear. i like hudson river jibes and the new depth sounder on the clearwater and the smell of people who come out of the foc'sle.

in fact i like most things about the clearwater, except that the friends i love keep leaving. somehow becoming a chiropractor and living in the hudson valley made sense at some point. it was pretty hard, and it took a lot of work, but now i'm back in the hudson valley. trouble is, i still keep sailing. so, if anyone has any ideas for this conundrum, feel free to let me know. also, if anyone is keeping a tribe of kick ass freaks in reserve in newburgh... please let me know so i can join.
