What can someone possibly say about this lovely lady? Just to even find the right words can be considered a herculean task in and of itself. For throughout out space and time a being only has the chance to come across someone with an essence that is all-encompassing maybe a dozen times at most, and if you have had the chance to meet Jen, then youve met at least one. For just walking into a room that she is in you will be able to instantly feel a shift in reality. What this shift amounts to you will have to discover on your own for I can not describe it to you. If you are so lucky, then maybe youll have that chance.

I also spotted Jen from a mile away and felt a instant familiarity. It was at Fuente 07 and all I thought was that she was a incredible beautiful Goddess full of love, positive light and good energy. Completely awe-inspiring. So very glad we met!!

Come down to Ocean Beach this friday at 6:30-8:30 in the evening for a fun filled hoop jam. We will be at the west end of Newport, on the grass closest to the beach. Bring down hoops and other toys and feel free to dress up with your favorite hooping costume. I will be having a hoop give away for all participating hoopers, so come down and play! Hoop Dance with HoopCharmer ~ Level 1 and 2

Great news! I am pleased to announce that as of Monday, February 9th, I will begin offering an additional hoop dance class, Hoop Dance level 2, every Monday immediately after Hoop Dance Level 1. This is an intermediate level class, so if you have not taken Hoop Dance Level 1 and are unsure of which level class you should begin with, please contact me and we can find the best placement for you. I will continue to offer my Hoop Dance Level 1 class on Mondays and both classes will be ongoing. Hoop Dance Level 1 This class is perfect for the beginning to intermediate hooper. In this class we will cover basic hoop moves, start learning different hoop terminology, and begin to explore and become comfortable dancing and expressing our self within the hoop. Hoop Dance Level 2 This class designed for intermediate hoopers. We will cover new hoop moves, with more focus on form and precision. We will work through and discover new ways of transitioning and moving throughout the hoop. The group will spend time learning how to release tension and get in shape through a higher energy expressive hoop dance. Why should you hoop? Hoop Dance: • Firms tummy and slims hips • Strengthens back and core muscles • Improves coordination and endurance • Is a great cardiovascular exercise • Is a fun way to get in shape • Is a perfect way to ease tension • Is a healthy way for children to play And… Hoops make great gifts! Come join us and learn the art of Hoop Dance yourself!
