I love being a grandfather. It truly is a dream come true. Cyana Lanei is growing up so fast I can hardly stand it. She's anything but a terrible 2. She's loving, sweet, and full of life. She loves music and can dances for hours. She also hoops now. It's so much fun being a grandfather.

I recently spent several weeks in the US and British Virgin Islands and had a blast (as usual). It was the first time I traveled with a hoop. The hoop was quite an ice breaker and conversation piece. I met a wonderful couple (Amy & Doug) on the ferry from St John to Jost Van Dyke and we became fast friends immediately. While sitting on the beach, Amy brought up the subject of hula hooping and I mentioned that I had one with me. She said "drag it out here" and I did, and the rest of the hoop...
