Oh man that was the best yoga class I've ever taken! All I knew when I walked in was that Agni Ma thinks that Kali Natha is a "beautiful practice". Her words were spoken with such passion that I believed her without a question. I'm sitting in my office right now just buzzing. During the Kali Natha practice, you start with chest and heart openers. After that, you do fun and energetic sequences that confuse the mind into letting its self go. Tonight is the first night of Yoga Teacher Training. I’m a bit apprehensive. I’m not sure what’s the problem (other then the fact that I’ve been feeling sick since I got in the car with my father yesterday). This training is what I’ve been wanting for over a year.
