It's what I call the "As if... Finally" hypnotic method. Simply, act as if whatever you want to accomplish or have has Finally arrived to your great relief. The bigger the problem or desire the better! I tell my clients to try: "Ahhhh.... finally my ____________ has arrived!! Fill in the blank. It's time to realize that the economy has taken a nose dive and that normal day to day functions will change. Not because of some divine blah blah blah. One of the constants I've noticed with my clients is that, they always seek others that are just around their level of self estimate/esteem. Those that have a self-estimate/esteem too far above or below they avoid and term them as snobs or losers. Not only do we seek those with a self-estimate/esteem within our comfort zone but, we also select those that process the world opposite to our model.
