For the last 5 years, bad shit has happened in March. So much so that I am actually dreading the month and trying not to let it get to me. Part of my dealing with this irratioaln fear, is that I'm trying a silly little magical thinking trick - one involving a gross abuse of the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum physics.

You know how you see patterns, and then say to people "hey look - a pattern!"... only to have the universe make you look the fool by NOT adhering to the pattern?

I'm doing that.

I'm declaring that bad shit happens in March. Bad shit especially happens to me in March. March sucks and should be stricken from the calendar.

In March I will (probably) find out if the IRS is correct in saying I owe them $15k.

Please be my impartial observer to banish the bad things of March.
