Don't forget your good friend 'Sleep'...

Feeling pain in the joints? Tired? Easily frustrated? Can't concentrate or think?

Sometimes I forget that 'sleep' isn't necessarily a pushy bodily function.

In fact, the poor boy can be downright timid - and I need to remember to keep an eye out for him.
Just like some people open up socially when drinking, sometimes sleep needs a little nip of melatonin to allow him to do his job.
