Ian is not only a great man, he's a ROCKSTAR! He's a supportive friend, sensually yummylicious, wicked smart, and talented to boot. His music is a gift. I love him dearly.

Ian cares a ton about and gives a ton to what and who he commits himself to, and he generates a field of creative possability and positive vision around him. He has a sharp psyche that gets to the center of what's happening with a quickness, does this way slick rap/poetry slam thing, and gives Grade A hug.

Ian is one of those people I grow fonder of with each surprize meeting. Ian seemed, at first, to be behind the scenes, offering support and strength to those around him while keeping a rather low profile. But something happened in the last year or two. I'm not sure what, but now when I see Ian - he's very much in the foreground. He seems to be in hot persuit of excellence, radiating at full velocity. Isn't watching your pals become more marvelous fun?

Ian exemplifies friend. I don't get to hang out with him as often as I like, but he's a great listener, a great encourager (is that even a word?), and even a great manager. When I worked under him, he had cause to beat the crap out of me about four thousand times, but he was always cool and resisted the absolutely will-crushing temptation. A true shining star, count yourself lucky if you're in his circle of friends.

The word that comes to mind when I think of Ian is "heart". Every time I see him, he has a warm smile and a depth of feeling to match his wise thoughts.

Y'know, the new bubble interface sorta rubbed me the wrong way initially. I thought it was a poor use of space, and felt like design by committee. But now I kinda like it. I still think the navigation icons are clunky and illegible. It would be super cool if Tribe would let you create a skin or wrapper for the page.
Anyway, I'm kinda digging the modularity and customizing of online profiles. I think Tribe's gone the farthest in allowing users to customize their content, and I think while t...

So I log on for the first time in a few weeks, and see the changes they've been talking about. Pretty underwhelmed, although I do think the navigation design is interesting. Totally not user friendly, but interesting. Most of all, I'm looking for a way to read my Tribe messages/invitations. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find them anywhere. There was a really tiny envelope icon that was next to my really tiny thumbnail image, but after I looked at the new message and clicked out of messaging ...
