This one time, in Bangkok...
I was running by myself the other day, singing a little Cake in my head. I can feel myself getting stronger. I have lost over thirty pounds now, and I was able to run 3 miles without walking Sunday night. Tonight, I walked a little bit over the 3 mile course and made it round trip in thirty-two minutes. So, I started running with la d about a month ago. We have been running about 2 or 3 times a week in intervals of walking and running. I had a wake up call regarding my health from my doctor and she informed me that things needed to change concerning my diet and exercise to lower my blood sugar and triglycerides.
