Tara is like that first day of spring when the sun comes out. She's like that feeling you get when you have coffee for the first time in weeks, or when you wake up from a refreshing nap. Really, life is better when Tara is in it.

When you're at a party and you get overstimulated, odds are Tara might be too, and you can find her, go off in a corner, and sit and not talk to anyone for a while together. That's a real friend: a friend you can not talk to when you need to not talk.

I saw the third-ever performance (not counting readings in New York) of Legally Blonde last night. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much. Cheezy "Broadway musical" treatment of a movie I thought was decent, but not great.
