about me
The Ink People Center for the Arts is a public benefit community cultural development organization founded in 1979. The Ink People changes lives by connecting the community with resources for cultural development. We encourage people to exercise their humanity, build civic discourse and engage their creative potential.
The Center, located at 411 12th St in Eureka, is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday, 11 am to 4pm, and the first Saturday of each month from 6-9 PM for Arts Alive!
We offer exhibitions, classes, workshops, films, an arts and humanities library, poetry readings, free Internet access, and special events. Facilities include shared studios for photography, printmaking, painting & drawing, digital arts, and fiber arts, and a performance/meeting space.
