I'm a non-flaky, practical-minded artist, big into culture -- into art, design, architecture, galleries, literature, latin and vintage dancing, music (funky and classical, I have an opera degree). Oh, and I am a die-hard listener of public radio.

My mom says I am unique and 'complex.' (meaning in mom language that I am not a creature easily sorted and paired off within the 'mundane' masses.) Not a 'settled in the suburbs, SUV-driving, cell-phone clutching, small-talking, pop-rock listening, 'Friends'-watching couch potato,' nor a 'passive PC-only censored, money-grabbing, status-seeking logoserf' sort. I follow my own energetic, endless curiosity wherever it leads me, somewhat moderated by my intellectual leanings and down-to-earth nature.

What am I about then? I'm trying to live a renaissance life in the 21st century.
