Yes it was crucial to get out of the weather beaten dreariness of a long winter. That’s when Davitha called from the beach, “Heather I am making music on the beach watching the fishermen come in, looking at the sun shine on the mountains, and the sea is endless. Get your butt down here”. How could I say no to that after surviving six months of continuous windshield scraping and frostbitten toes. My soul needed exile and it was exigent that I get it.
